Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager (f/m/d) who will own an important piece of the product stack with a dedicated engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Product Lead and CPO to define and drive product vision and strategy
• Own the backlog and improve engineering team efficiency to build features effectively
• Gather insights from users and stakeholders to inform product features and prioritize enhancements

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of product management experience, including 1+ years in Web3, blockchain, or DeFi
• Strong product mindset focused on user needs and prioritization
• Analytical thinking with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
• High emotional intelligence and strong stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and rapidly changing environments
