Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Growth & Enrollment to lead enrollment experiences and drive company growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and execution for Enrollment Experiences to scale the Virtual Power Plant across North America
• Define and manage the product roadmap, optimizing existing flows and developing new enrollment experiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality user experiences and improve activation rates

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in the energy sector
• Background in engineering and/or design
• Experience managing B2B2C product discovery and execution
• Familiarity with designing and delivering user experiences with high user counts
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment with ambitious goals
