Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Growth Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Product by translating the CMS product vision into actionable tasks and prioritized backlog items
• Build relationships with cross-functional partners to gather feedback and support roadmap development
• Manage the intake process for platform requests and maintain visibility in project management tools

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of product or project management experience supporting internal systems
• Proven success in delivering internal tools such as CMS platforms
• Strong experience in A/B testing and revenue optimization strategies
• Advanced analysis experience using BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
• Demonstrated ability to define and execute product roadmaps in Agile environments
