Job Summary

A company is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator to support procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review customer purchase orders for accuracy and communicate discrepancies
  • Process and organize purchasing documentation and enter new orders into the Delivery Schedule
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or its equivalent required
  • Previous purchasing or data entry experience preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality of work
  • Strong time-management skills
