A company is looking for a Customer Service Rep II.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify patient insurance coverage and communicate issues to management
• Check prior authorization requirements and coordinate necessary paperwork
• Follow up on authorization status throughout the approval process

Required Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of payer payment processes and prior authorization
• Familiarity with ICD9/10 and CPT codes, especially company therapy codes
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously
• Experience with CRM software programs
