Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Digital Marketing Manager, Web Experience Transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage web initiatives to enhance user experience and drive engagement on the company website
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance Customer Growth Engine projects and optimize web technologies
• Analyze website data to identify optimization opportunities and support website audits for performance improvement

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in digital marketing focused on marketing websites
• At least 2 years of experience in product-led growth programs
• Minimum of 4 years managing web transformation projects or website redesigns
• Hands-on experience with enterprise-level Content Management Systems, preferably Adobe Experience Manager
• Experience in creating reports using website analytics platforms and interpreting data for decision-making
