Job Summary

A company is looking for an R&D Lead specializing in AI/GenAI in Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable AI solutions for healthcare applications
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team in the research, design, and deployment of AI systems
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to integrate AI solutions into medical workflows

Required Qualifications

• Proficient in AI and Machine Learning with experience in healthcare-focused solutions
• Expertise in Generative AI, Computer Vision, and agentic AI applications
• Hands-on experience with Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as GCP and AWS, and MLOps practices
• Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field preferred
