Practice Support Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Practice Support Attorney to support its Capital Markets group.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain forms and reference materials for corporate governance and securities matters
• Organize group trainings and develop thought leadership materials
• Advise clients on corporate governance and compliance matters as needed

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited university and admission to practice in a US jurisdiction
• Minimum of six years of experience in capital markets, securities, and/or corporate governance
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Understanding of knowledge management and project management principles
• Desire to assist on various projects and initiatives as needed
