Lead Generation Coordinator

Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lead Generation Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our affiliate lead generation efforts. This role will work closely with the Senior Manager of Affiliate Marketing to manage lead acquisition, optimize campaign performance, and ensure smooth execution of daily tasks. The ideal candidate is analytical, process-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management & Vendor Coordination
    • Monitor incoming leads across various sources and ensure proper tracking and attribution.
    • Assist with onboarding new affiliate partners and ensuring compliance with internal requirements.
    • Conduct regular audits to ensure lead quality and adherence to TCPA/DNC regulations.

Campaign Execution & Optimization

    • Oversee lead routing, pacing, and optimization across multiple sources.
    • Identify performance trends, issues, and opportunities to improve lead quality.
    • Troubleshoot lead tracking, duplicate handling, and routing discrepancies.
    • Assist in adjusting lead sources and spend allocation based on cost per sale (CPS) goals.
  • Reporting & Analysis
    • Generate and analyze reports on lead volume, performance metrics, and cost efficiency.
    • Support monthly reconciliation of lead spend and invoicing purposes.
  • Technology & Compliance Support
    • Work within lead management platforms such as Leadspedia, Salesforce, and Five9.
    • Assist in managing DNC scrubbing and TCPA compliance for all lead sources.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required—relevant experience takes priority.
  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation and/or affiliate marketing (required).
  • Experience with lead management systems such as Leadspedia, Salesforce, and Five9.
  • Understanding of TCPA/DNC regulations and compliance monitoring.
  • Strong ability to coordinate with vendors, communicate effectively, and solve problems.
  • Experience in tracking and reporting lead performance metrics.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.

Physical Demands

The physical requirements outlined are essential for performing the core duties of this role.

  • Primary responsibilities involve regular speaking, listening, standing, walking, using hands to handle or feel objects, and reaching with arms.
  • Occasionally, the role may require sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Employees must be able to frequently lift and move objects weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 40 pounds.
  • Vision requirements include the ability to focus at close and long distances, distinguish colors, maintain peripheral awareness, perceive depth, and make precise focus adjustments.
