Senior/Middle Motion Designer

We are looking for a Motion Designer to join our team.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Creating animated content for social media, promotional videos, advertising, and marketing campaigns;
• Working with both flat and 3D-style motion graphics to bring static visuals to life;
• Enhancing projects with depth, volume, and interactive elements (e.g., WebGL plugins);
• Contributing to concept development, collaborating with creative teams on storytelling and branding;
• Exploring the intersection of motion design and AI, using modern tools to ideate and streamline workflows;
• Delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with dynamic priorities.

Essential professional experience:

• 4+ years of experience in motion design and animation;
• Strong command of After Effects, and working knowledge of Cinema 4D and/or Blender;
• Understanding of 3D workflows and ability to open/edit 3D files;
• Solid grasp of WebGL plugins and how to apply them in visual projects;
• Ability to create both volumetric (3D) and flat animations, understanding when and how to use each style;
• Strong eye for motion trends, aesthetics, and emerging tools;
• Background in digital agencies, media, or creative studios;
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and ability to manage multiple tasks at speed.

Nice to Have:

• Experience using AI tools for design and ideation;
• Familiarity with prompt writing for AI image generation and content prototyping;
• A portfolio showcasing both conceptual and commercial animation work.
