Today, as well as providing stunning planting solutions, we also run a premium corporate floristry service and create impressive project work, from roof gardens to living walls.

The opportunity:

Due to a period of sustained business growth, we are seeking to recruit an experienced Project Manager who will be responsible for overseeing and managing key installation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills with blue chip corporate clients, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. 

Location & Hours:  

The role is offered on an initial fixed term of 8 months and based out of our HQ in Henham (CM22 6AA), enjoying a rural location, where lunch is provided onsite daily and ample parking. 

Your week would consist of 3 days (1 onsite, 1 at home and 1 in the field if required) but also with some flexibility if there was a business need.  Majority of our clients are based in in the South-East / Great London area.

Key deliverables:

A typical working week could include partnering with pre-sales regarding proposals and project specifications, working with post sales teams regarding stock timelines and installation deadlines and stakeholder management amongst much more.

  • Plan, execute, and finalize installation projects according to strict client deadlines and within budget
  • Understand & define project scope, goals, and deliverables that meet client expectations
  • Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues and implement the appropriate action plan
  • Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders
  • Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools with fixed client deadlines
  • Proficiency in the use of Excel, PowerPoint and CRM tools
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Exceptional customer centric communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge and application of Health & Safety practices in an office environment
