The Manager of IT & Infrastructure performs hands-on technical management including but not limited to; network design and maintenance (LAN/WLAN), managing switches, Active Directory, Server, and Cloud Infrastructure. The Manager of IT & Infrastructure works side by side with the Vice President, People and Culture as requested to assist with technical project issues and mitigate risks by assisting with identifying, evaluating, and mediating under the direction of the VP People and Culture to handle design, strategic technological roadmap and must be willing to advocate for the mission of Planned Parenthood and provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients. Demonstrates understanding of and a strong commitment to reproductive rights and the goals, principles, and philosophies of PPSE.

Responsibilities and RequirementsJob Responsibilities
- Manage Company’s IT Services for production and non-production IT systems.
- Manage IT Operations to support clinical applications and health care apps.
- Oversee MSP services – implement high-performance & high availability Server and Public & Private cloud-based solutions
- Monitor disaster recovery services
- Ensure a high degree of availability and stability for the IT systems
- Cloud Computing Operations, Engineering, and Services Management
- Works with the HIPPA Security and privacy officer to ensure compliance
- Understand and implement the tools to provide the basic security level.
- Handle data center hardware and software planning & design and architecture specific to systems and networks.
- Managing the network, telecommunications, server administration, server virtualization, data storage (SAN), application delivery and mobile device management.
- Assisting with vendor management as the technical lead.
- Excellent knowledge of networking principles and IP communication.
- Experience with network equipment configuration and troubleshooting
- Deploying and managing Windows Servers and Active Directory -
- Implement and monitor network security -
- Performing network infrastructure troubleshooting
- Overall oversight of the affiliate's email solution.
- Responsible for managing the virtual environment.
- Demonstrates understanding of other virtualization technologies.
- Experience working with all currently supported Google Workspace Operations
- Ensure the asset inventory and maintenance of all equipment, software and software licenses.
- Be available for service desk escalation
- Ensure the proper provision of users and computers to proper groups in Active Directory
- Ensure the team is maintaining daily performance of computer systems and verify system backups.
- Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business, Communications or related field
- 5-7 years IT management
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and follow-up skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Ability to work with or without direct supervision
- Computer Application Required Skills include: Excel, Microsoft Office and the ability to learn other software applications as needed.
$100,000 - $115,000 biweekly
