Tech Outbound Sales Specialist (GCC Market)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Specialist with a strong background in the technology sector and deep understanding of the GCC market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by prospecting, qualifying, and closing high-value B2B tech sales deals, primarily via outbound channels. Fluency in English and familiarity with local business customs and regulations are critical.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Identify and research potential B2B clients in the GCC region.
  • Use tools like LinkedIn, CRM platforms, and market intelligence tools to build and manage a lead pipeline.
  • Execute outbound campaigns (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) targeting IT decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Digital, etc.).

2. Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Initiate contact with potential clients to understand their business needs.
  • Schedule and lead discovery calls and product demonstrations.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups and build relationships to nurture long-term business opportunities.

3. Sales Pipeline Management

  • Manage the full sales cycle: from outreach, needs assessment, proposal, negotiation, to closing.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and deal stages using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

4. Market Expertise

  • Stay updated on GCC tech trends, digital transformation initiatives, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Adapt sales messaging and strategy to align with regional business culture and client expectations.

5. Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with marketing, pre-sales, and product teams to align outbound efforts with company goals.
  • Provide regular reporting on KPIs (calls made, meetings booked, deals closed) and pipeline forecasts.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of outbound sales experience in the tech sector, with a proven track record in the GCC market.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS, cloud solutions, enterprise software, or IT services.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiar with sales tools like CRM, email outreach platforms, and lead databases.
  • Self-starter, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or within a team.
