Real Estate Account Manager

ON A TYPICAL DAY YOU’LL

  • Connect with commercial real estate partners through meetings, calls, and events to build relationships, grow our real estate referral channel, and uncover opportunities for collaborations
  • Track and report on partner engagement and opportunities to ensure sustained relationship growth and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align partnership efforts and drive success
  • Gather and document insights on the competitive landscape and industry trends to help shape strategic initiatives 
  • Monitor and analyze partner relationships, tracking engagement levels and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Keep detailed and up-to-date records of activities, prepare reports, and track key performance metrics to assess impact and inform strategy
  • Regularly assess and refine processes, systems, and workflows to improve efficiency and strengthen partner relationships
  • Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance the overall partner experience.
  • Manage budget effectively to maximize impact for partnership and relationship-building initiatives 


WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in relationship management, account management, or a related field, with a preference for commercial real estate
  • Must be willing to work in the field up to 5 days a week as required and comfortable working outside traditional business hours (regular event attendance will be required; events may begin before 8 AM and after 6 PM)
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, GSuite, and other standard sales and relationship management tools to effectively track engagement and streamline workflows
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in an environment with minimal direction

 

PILOT’S PAY & PERKS

  • Base salary of 120,000-150,000
