Job Summary

A company is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize SEM campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns, including keyword strategy, ad copy, bidding, and targeting
• Optimize campaign performance to improve CPL, CVR, and pipeline efficiency
• Conduct search query analysis and execute A/B testing for ad copy and landing pages

Required Qualifications

• 4-year bachelor's degree in a quantitative field preferred
• 2-4 years of hands-on experience managing SEM campaigns
• Strong understanding of keyword strategy, bidding models, and budget management
• Experience with large-scale SEM program optimization
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive business impact
