Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Social Media & Influencer Marketing to lead and execute social media strategies remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media and influencer marketing strategies across various platforms
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Social Media Managers to align with marketing objectives
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns and achieve KPIs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing, preferably in a publicly traded organization
• Proven track record of leading social media strategies for multiple brands
• Experience in influencer marketing, including managing partnerships
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
