• Track lead quality and cost control to maintain CPL within KPI

Required Qualifications

• B2 level of English proficiency
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or user acquisition
• Proficiency in Meta Ads or Google Ads Manager
• Fluency in key marketing metrics such as CPM, CTR, CPC, CPL, CAC, ROAS/ROI
• Strong analytical skills and a growth mindset
