Job Summary

A company is looking for a Performance Marketing, Growth and Business Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with product, marketing, and finance teams to build growth plans and translate goals into actionable marketing priorities
• Own and evolve funnel frameworks to understand user journeys and identify areas for improvement
• Define and prioritize high-impact experiments across acquisition and onboarding, maintaining a centralized experimentation calendar

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in performance marketing, growth strategy, or marketing operations, preferably in B2B SaaS
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to turn data into strategic insights
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various teams
• Highly organized and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
