Job Summary

A company is looking for a Performance Marketing Analytics Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain marketing-focused dashboards tracking key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Lead marketing mix modeling and incrementality testing initiatives to assess channel contributions
• Analyze budget allocation and optimization opportunities in collaboration with paid media teams

Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics within a DTC or eCommerce environment
• Deep understanding of key performance indicators including CAC, LTV, and AOV
• Experience in incrementality testing and marketing mix modeling
• Hands-on experience with GA4 and data visualization tools like Looker Studio or Tableau
• Familiarity with Shopify and retention platforms such as Attentive and Recharge
