Job Summary

A company is looking for a Performance Creative Consultant (Short-Term).

Key Responsibilities

• Coach Associate Creative Directors on high-performing creative strategy and execution
• Lead training sessions on creative testing and performance frameworks
• Advise on Meta ad creative strategy and document best practices into clear SOPs

Required Qualifications

• Proven track record in scaling brands through high-impact creative
• Experience in concepting, building, and testing ad creatives for paid social, especially on Meta platforms
• Familiarity with performance marketing frameworks (e.g., PAS, AIDA)
• Experience working with DTC or eCommerce brands
• Agency background with an understanding of driving performance across multiple accounts
