A company is looking for a Leave Maintenance Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities

• Presents quantifiable data metrics and visualizations
• Leads strategic initiatives by analyzing outputs and trends of dashboards, data models, reports, and data products
• Works closely with end users to create value-adding analytical solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college and 2 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to navigate and conceptualize complex data structures
• Proficient level of technical reporting knowledge and business acumen
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Ability to work both independently and in team-oriented, collaborative environments
