Job Summary

A company is looking for a NP Licensed in PA for Telephonic After Hours care, full-time and remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic care and direction to members and facility staff during after-hours
• Utilize EMR to manage medical and behavioral conditions in collaboration with healthcare providers
• Monitor member needs and adjust care plans as necessary while ensuring proper documentation

Required Qualifications

• Active PA NP license or ability to obtain by start date
• Active national certification in relevant nursing specialties or ability to obtain by start date
• Current active DEA licensure or ability to obtain post-hire
• Availability to work assigned weekdays, weekends, and holidays
