Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Navigator for ABA services, remote (PA/NJ/DE).

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related healthcare field
  • Three or more years of experience in a healthcare or managed care setting
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office and data processing
  • Basic understanding of diagnostic requirements and medical comorbidities
  • Experience making referrals for testing
