Pediatric Care Manager LPN

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pediatric Care Manager (LPN).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage prior authorizations, appeals, and medication coordination
• Serve as the primary contact for caregivers, providing education and support regarding medication management
• Coordinate communication and appointments between providers, caregivers, and healthcare teams

Qualifications:

• Active LPN license in one or more U.S. states
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in pediatrics, case management, or care coordination preferred
• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHRs) and Salesforce
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote healthcare team
• Comfortable managing medication-related issues, including prior authorizations
