Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Tax Consultant to support payroll operations remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and triage outstanding payroll tax agency notifications
• Investigate and resolve tax discrepancies and delinquencies
• Collaborate with payroll providers and tax authorities to resolve issues

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of payroll tax compliance experience in a multi-state environment
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations
• Experience resolving payroll tax notices and working with tax agencies
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and document management tools
• Experience with Workday Payroll and ADP Smart Compliance
