Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Services Supervisor to oversee payroll operations and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities and act as the primary client contact to enhance customer satisfaction
• Lead daily team activities to ensure timely completion of payroll tasks and adherence to quality standards
• Train and mentor team members while tracking productivity and performance standards

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma
• At least 5 years of Payroll/Tax experience
• At least 3 years of people leadership experience
• PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
• Associate degree and FPC or CPP certification preferred
