Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Manager to oversee end-to-end payroll operations for a remote workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor the payroll team, ensuring accurate and efficient payroll processing
• Manage multi-state payroll cycles, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal deadlines
• Lead payroll audits and prepare reports to identify discrepancies and coordinate with Accounting

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-state payroll experience, including team leadership in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced proficiency in payroll platforms (e.g., ADP, Workday) and HRIS systems
• Deep knowledge of U.S. federal and state payroll regulations, including FLSA and tax compliance
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on accuracy in handling high-volume data
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive employee data with confidentiality
