Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll & Expense Specialist to manage payroll processing and employee reimbursements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process payroll, maintain records, and respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation
  • Review and process employee reimbursement requests, ensuring compliance with expense policies
  • Reconcile corporate credit card transactions and assist with month-end close activities
Required Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of ADP payroll experience
  • Experience with accounting software; Concur Expense and Sage Intacct preferred
  • Associate's degree or equivalent education and experience; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Sound knowledge of corporate purchase card programs and account reconciliation
