A company is looking for a Billing & Accounts Receivable Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Create invoices and issue Nota Fiscal
• Perform quality control on invoices for data accuracy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on billing and client requests

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Billing or accounting processes
• 1+ year experience in customer-facing roles
• Experience with local invoicing systems (NFS-e)
• Native Portuguese and at least B2 English proficiency
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
