Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Analyst responsible for ensuring payroll accuracy, tax compliance, and efficient reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform weekly payroll audits and reconciliations, including managing payroll tax filings and W-2 reporting
• Support general ledger reconciliations and conduct regular and ad-hoc reporting
• Collaborate with ADP on system updates and participate in process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in payroll operations, preferably in a multi-state environment
• Solid understanding of payroll tax regulations and general ledger concepts
• Strong Excel/reporting skills and comfort with data analysis
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
