About the role

Join our Communications team in Greenville, where you'll lead and deliver targeted marketing, press and events projects to reach US customers and internal teams. Collaborating with Internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships to bring our brand to life for US audiences.

  • Lead the US marketing, PR and communications calendar – delivering creative campaigns that drive awareness and engagement (Print, digital marketing, social media, PR, promotions and events).
  • Write and distribute engaging content including PR, social, and campaign material.
  • Collaborate with the Communication team, recommend improvements, mentor others, and shape messages that speak to the US market, balancing brand consistency with local relevance.
  • Plan and coordinate press activity, including writing and distributing releases, maintaining media relationships, and seeking new opportunities.
  • Work with internal teams such as Support sales, product, training, and support teams by aligning communications with their priorities and translating technical information into engaging content.
  • Lead internal communications for our US team, keeping colleagues informed, and delivering standout internal communications that promote our culture and values.
  • Manage distribution and trade partner communications, from newsletters to co-branded activity, ensuring clear, accurate and timely messaging.
  • Oversee the US website, making sure content is up-to-date, relevant and aligned with our messaging goals.
  • Track campaign performance, produce regular reports on activity and ROI, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Make small creative updates to visual content where needed, and ensure all materials meet brand standards.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions and company events in the US and UK, representing the business with confidence and professionalism. Including travel to Head Office (UK) to support collaboration and training initiatives.

What are we looking for?

  • Extensive experience in a similar role, with strong experience in marketing, PR and content creation.
  • A confident communication, collaborative and approachable, with experience working across different teams and time zones.
  • Able to work independently, thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and staying calm under pressure.
  • Excellent writing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences
  • Highly organised and detail-focused, with a keen eye for brand consistency and messaging accuracy
  • Willing and able to travel regularly – including internationally – for events, meetings and internal collaboration.
