We are seeking a full-time Executive Assistant to support our client’s business operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and technically savvy. This role requires experience in email management, client follow-ups, research, and travel arrangements, along with proficiency in AI tools. Prior experience as an Executive Assistant is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative & Operational Support: Handle small tasks efficiently while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Manage email inboxes, sign up for services, coordinate travel arrangements, and conduct research as needed.
- Client Follow-Ups: Maintain consistent and professional communication with clients, ensuring timely responses and relationship management.
- Technical & AI Tool Proficiency: Utilize AI tools to streamline tasks and improve workflow efficiency. Stay up to date with the latest technology to enhance productivity.
- Email & Calendar Management: Organize and prioritize emails, schedule meetings, and maintain an organized calendar to support business operations.
- CRM & Workflow Automation: Manage CRM systems to track client interactions, maintain records, and optimize processes.
- Process Optimization: Research and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and automation in administrative tasks.
- Social Media Strategy & Management: Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility. Manage audience engagement, track analytics, and implement growth strategies across various platforms.

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple small tasks efficiently.
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
- Proficiency in AI tools, workflow automation, and research.
- Ability to manage client follow-ups professionally and efficiently.
- Tech-savvy with experience in CRM management.
- Experience in social media management, including audience engagement, analytics, and growth strategies.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems.
