Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality technical support to Slovak-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly and accurately.
• Ensure client satisfaction by providing exceptional service and communication.
• Document all support interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Assist clients with software installations, updates, and troubleshooting.
• Work collaboratively with team members to escalate and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Provide training and guidance to clients on product features and best practices.

• Fluency in Slovak and a strong command of English.
• Previous experience in IT support or a similar technical role is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-setting as well as part of a team.
• Familiarity with operating systems, software applications, and remote support tools.
• Experience in technology-related sectors is a plus.
