Italian Speaking Technical Support Consultant - Remote in Greece

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve a variety of technical issues effectively.
• Deliver clear and concise guidance to clients, ensuring they fully understand the solutions offered.
• Document all customer interactions and technical inquiries accurately in the support system.
• Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues and drive service improvements.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and responsive service.
• Stay informed about product updates and technological advancements to enhance client support.

• Fluency in Italian and strong proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Prior experience in technical support or customer service is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer experience.
• Familiarity with online media tools and current technologies.
• Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative remote team environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
