Responsibilities

  • Offer high-quality customer support to Italian-speaking clients in the banking sector through various communication channels.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to banking products, account issues, and transaction questions.
  • Provide information on banking services and guide customers through account setups and transactions.
  • Efficiently resolve complaints and inquiries while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Document customer interactions accurately for continuous improvement and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Stay informed about banking regulations and product updates to deliver accurate advice to clients.
  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer support within the banking or financial services sector is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on building customer relationships.
  • Ability to handle sensitive financial inquiries with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with customer support tools and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn about banking products and services.
