Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support in Polish for transportation service inquiries
• Assist customers with booking, cancellations, and service-related questions

• Stay up-to-date on transportation policies and service offerings

• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken
• Experience in customer support or a related field is preferred
