Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat in French.
• Assist customers with questions related to gaming products, services, and account issues.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and with a customer-focused approach.
• Guide customers through various gaming platforms and features to enhance their experience.
• Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous service improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to contribute to a positive and engaging workplace culture.

• Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.
• Interest in gaming and esports is highly desirable.
• Previous experience in customer support or related roles is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with customer service software and gaming platforms is a plus.
