French Speaking Client Support Representative - Remote in Greece

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client support via phone, email, and chat in French.
• Address customer inquiries and technical issues with professionalism and efficiency.
• Document customer interactions accurately and maintain updated records in the support system.
• Guide clients through our products and services, ensuring they understand their functionalities.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and resolve complex issues.
• Stay informed about our offerings and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

• Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is essential.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with customer support tools and software is a plus.
