Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat in Spanish.
• Assist online content creators with inquiries regarding accounts, tools, and features.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively and promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Educate customers on services and guide them on best practices for content creation.
• Document customer interactions to ensure quality and enhance service delivery.
• Collaborate with the support team to continuously improve customer experience.

• Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
• Passion for online content creation and understanding of content creator needs.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with customer service software and online platforms is a plus.
