Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat in Czech.
• Assist customers with subscription inquiries, changes, and cancellations.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive experience.
• Educate customers about subscription features and benefits to maximize their experience.
• Document customer interactions accurately for service improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service delivery.

• Fluency in Czech (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in subscription-based services.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with customer service tools and software is a plus.
