Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist for a 6-month contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform onboarding tasks including installation, configuration, system calibration, validation, and end-user training
• Provide technical support, including training, software upgrades, and issue resolution
• Contribute to internal projects aimed at improving collaboration and creating marketing or product help materials

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in a customer-facing role
• 1-3 years of experience in a technical support role
• Advanced knowledge of Windows, Office, remote control applications, and hardware
• Experience in installing and managing applications on servers
• Ability to work in CET or EST timezone with flexibility for other time zones
