Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries regarding telecommunications products and services.
• Assist customers with billing questions, technical support, and service upgrades or changes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Educate customers about available services, promotions, and new technology options.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies and telecommunications trends to provide accurate information.
• Document all customer interactions meticulously for quality and compliance purposes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address and escalate customer issues as necessary.

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the telecommunications field.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
