We are currently seeking a Slovak Speaking Customer Support Representative for Online Content Creators. This role is ideal for those who are passionate about assisting creators in navigating online platforms and ensuring their success.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Slovak-speaking content creators regarding account management, platform features, and tools via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries about content creation, monetization, and troubleshooting issues.
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries with empathy and resolution-oriented approaches.
• Accurately document customer interactions and ensure timely follow-ups on outstanding issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth experience for content creators.
• Stay informed on industry trends and platform updates to offer knowledgeable assistance.
• Gather customer feedback to contribute to service improvement initiatives.

• Fluency in Slovak and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer support, particularly within online services or content creation industries.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to effectively troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear guidance.
• Familiarity with customer support software and standard office applications.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
