We are currently on the lookout for a Spanish Speaking Consultant for our Online Ticketing & Event Services Department. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about the events industry and have a strong understanding of online ticketing solutions catered specifically to Spanish-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding online ticketing systems and event services.
• Assist clients in streamlining their ticketing processes and optimizing event management strategies.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of existing ticketing systems and recommend effective solutions for improvement.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to implement customized ticketing solutions that meet client needs.
• Guide clients on local event regulations and ensure compliance with relevant laws.
• Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in the online ticketing and events industry to provide valuable insights.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients through consistent communication and outstanding service.

• Fluency in Spanish and English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Experience in online ticketing, event management, or consulting within the events sector.
• Strong understanding of ticketing platforms and best practices for event services.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights for clients.
• Strong communication skills to articulate complex information clearly and effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools is preferred.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
