In this dynamic entry-level position, you will be instrumental in delivering tailored software and CRM solutions to our clients. Your role will focus on enhancing clients' operational efficiency and customer relationship management through expert advice and dedicated support.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to grasp their unique business needs and recommend suitable software and CRM solutions.
• Provide thorough product demonstrations and training sessions to clients in Italian.
• Evaluate customer feedback and performance data to suggest optimizations.
• Act as a primary contact for Italian-speaking clients, ensuring a top-notch customer experience.
• Work closely with sales and technical teams to facilitate successful solution delivery and implementation.
• Keep up to date with the latest trends and technologies in business software and CRM systems.
• Actively participate in marketing initiatives, including webinars and trade shows.

• Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
• Basic understanding of business processes and software solutions.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal capabilities.
• Ability to analyze client challenges and develop effective solutions.
• Self-driven and able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A strong enthusiasm for technology and a commitment to helping clients achieve their business goals.
