We are currently seeking a Portuguese Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Virtual Assistant Department. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and assisting Portuguese-speaking clients with their virtual assistance needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients regarding virtual assistant services via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist clients with inquiries about service offerings, pricing, and scheduling.
• Effectively resolve customer issues and concerns to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and follow up on inquiries as needed.
• Collaborate with the virtual assistant team to ensure seamless service delivery and address complex client needs.
• Educate clients on how to maximize the use of virtual assistant services to enhance their productivity.
• Collect client feedback to support continuous improvement of services provided.

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in virtual assistance or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficient in using customer support software and standard office applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
