We are currently looking for a Portuguese Speaking Customer Support Representative for Consumer Electronics Repair & Warranty. Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients regarding repair and warranty services for consumer electronics via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries about warranty claims, repair status, and service policies.
• Effectively resolve customer concerns and complaints to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and manage service tickets efficiently.
• Collaborate with technical teams to address product issues and enhance service delivery.
• Educate customers on product care, warranty details, and available services to improve customer knowledge.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to support continuous improvement efforts.

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the electronics repair or warranty sector.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Technical aptitude and the ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Proficient in using customer support software and standard office applications.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
