This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about e-commerce and are committed to providing outstanding service to Portuguese-speaking customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries regarding products, orders, and services.
• Assist customers with the online purchasing process, including product selection, payment processing, and order tracking.
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with logistics and sales teams to resolve issues related to order fulfillment and delivery.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company's product offerings and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
• Document customer interactions and feedback to contribute to ongoing service improvements.
• Support the marketing team by providing insights into customer preferences and trends.

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the e-commerce or retail sector.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• A genuine interest in online retail and a desire to help customers enjoy their shopping experience.
