Key Responsibilities

• Engage with German-speaking clients to assess their IT support needs and provide tailored cybersecurity solutions.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients’ IT infrastructures, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending appropriate enhancements.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for IT support and cybersecurity to ensure optimal security posture.
• Deliver training and support to clients regarding the implementation and use of cybersecurity solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful deployment of security measures and IT support services.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction with services rendered.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in cybersecurity and IT support technologies.

• Fluency in German and English, with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in IT support or cybersecurity consulting, particularly in relation to client-facing roles.
• Strong understanding of IT security frameworks and best practices.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Capable of explaining complex technical information in a clear and accessible manner.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and cybersecurity technologies.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
