French Speaking Customer Support for Virtual Assistant Department

We are currently looking for a French Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Virtual Assistant Department. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and enjoy providing support to clients who utilize virtual assistant services.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support to French-speaking clients regarding virtual assistant services via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist clients with inquiries related to service offerings, pricing, and account management.
• Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure a positive experience.
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain comprehensive records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients.
• Keep customers informed about new services, updates, and best practices to enhance their experience.
• Gather customer feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of services.

• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in a virtual assistant or administrative support environment.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
